Unite Here Health, a very large non-profit with over 200,000 members in their health care fund, came to us with an outdated site and with a rebrand on the horizon. They were constantly having to do direct mail to disseminate information and costs were rising. UHH had big-picture goals of improving their user experience, showing off the new brand and making the website more information to reduce print costs.

Fortress started with in depth research and interviews with the UHH team to understand goals from both the user and the admin perspective. From there, we mapped out a new website with a focus on ease of use and easy to view information. We focused on mobile-first design and catered to the user on the go along with designing a new look and feel for both the UHH.org logo and website.
UHH saw a major spike in website traffic and ease of use on the administration side to push and edit content through a newly implemented CMS on HubSpot. This helped reduce overall print costs.
